Billing Agreement
TRACEN TECHNOLOGIES, INC. CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FOR AUTOMATIC BILLING If you elected to pay your account by card or debit, before your account can be activated you must agree to the following: terms and conditions of the automatic billing agreement for credit card payment. Once initiated, this agreement will be in force until canceled in writing with Tracen Technologies. Tracen Technologies will bill your credit card or debit card, entered above, based on the terms of your hosting agreement. Your credit or debit card will be charged from the date your account becomes active until Tracen Technologies discontinues service to your account or until you request, by e-mail, in writing via US Postal mail or by fax, that automatic billing be discontinued. 1. Lack of use of your account during the billing period does not release you from your payment obligation. 2. This agreement does not relieve you of your obligation to pay for Tracen Technologies hosting services if any charge submitted by Tracen Technologies is dishonored, charged-back or otherwise refused for any reason. Any such event will be treated as a returned check and will be assessed a processing charge of $25.00 for each occurrence. You agree to pay all reasonable collection charges and costs, including attorney’s fees and expenses of collection if payment is dishonored. 3. Tracen Technologies reserves the right to require you to re-certify automatic billing to us on our forms at intervals determined by the organization(s) that the firm uses for merchant processing. 4. If automatic billing is canceled for any reason, you must complete and sign another Authorization for Automatic Billing form to Tracen Technologies to reactivate your automatic billing feature. Updates will not be accepted over the telephone under any circumstance. 5. Tracen Technologies bills on a monthly basis. Tracen Technologies does not prorate its rates or services except, at its discretion for the rate drop if activation occurs after the 23rd of any month. Therefore, cancellation requests must be received by Tracen Technologies before 5 p.m. on the last day of the month to avoid charges for the next billing cycle NO EXCEPTIONS! Cancellations MUST be made in writing by US Postal mail, by e-mail, or fax. 6. Completion of an Authorization for Automatic Billing form is required for each account that is to be billed to a credit card or debit card. No changes may be made to this agreement. You agree that Tracen Technologies may accept any altered agreement as if the changes had not been made.
