Senior Technical Lead/ Architect

Minimum/General Experience

A minimum of nine (9) years experience in software development and system integration.  

Plus a minimum of five (5) years experience in supervisory principles and practices to direct, review, and evaluate the work of subordinate personnel.

Proven experience on a comparable .NET project and a minimum of three (3) years experience with .NET.

Functional Responsibility

·         Shall be capable of planning, directing, and coordinating the work of the technical personnel involved.

·         Provides daily direction and overall management of project or tasks.

·         Develops overall project plan and monitors progress of tasks and deliverables.

·         Responsible for project technical personnel management and scheduling. Provides technical and functional guidance to personnel as necessary.

·         Responsible for early problem identification, reporting, and resolution.

·         Responsible for project level reports and presentations to senior management on project status.

·         Ensures that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.

Minimum Education

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in computer science, information systems, engineering, or other related scientific or technical discipline. (May substitute additional six (6) years of related experience for educational requirement).

Other requirements:

A relevant certification credential from Microsoft is required.
